    “UNCONDITIONAL” INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
    TERMS & CONDITIONS 2023
    Every St.Croix Rod purchased is covered by a 5 Year or 15 Year “UNCONDITIONAL” Warranty. This Warranty covers breakage or damage to your rod, provided it falls within the Warranty period.
    CONDITIONS: Warranty will begin from Time/Date of purchase.

    All rods purchased MUST BE REGISTERED Online with St.Croix (U.S.A.) at [email protected] and fill in Required details, including your Personal Serial Number on your Rod within 30 days of Purchase.
    This Personal Serial Number is only found on your rod.
    Replacement Rods, Butt or Top Sections will be supplied via your St. Croix Retailer,
    should stock be available at the time of claim.
    (Only once your Warranty is deemed to fall within the Warranty period by Juro Pty Ltd.)
    Should the Australia Distributor be out of stock, then your Rod, Butt or Tip Section will be replaced with the next available shipment from the St.Croix U.S.A. Factory.
    NO CASH BACK is available – Your Rod will be Replaced.

    WARRANTY CLAIMS:
    In order to make a Warranty Claim you will need to fill in the fields below including the three images that can be uploaded in the photo upload area. The three images that are required include the Break in the rod, The Model Number and The Serial Number (located just above the top grip) then press Submit to process your Warranty Claim. We will then get back in contact with you once your rod is deemed to fall in the Warranty period and organise your Warranty through your nearest retailer throughout Australia. A $50.00 Service Charge is to be paid at the time of the Claim to the Dealer. (This $50 service charge includes freight anywhere in Australia)
